Camp notes
Please note:
Parents/carers are asked to drop their child off no more than 5 minutes before the start time. Sessions take place in the Ian Poad room at St Mary's for All. Each session will be supervised by our Lead Instructor and Assistant Instructor. Our Lead Instructor is fully first aid trained. Both instructors have completed Child Safeguarding training and are fully PVG checked.
Children can be collected from 3:55pm onwards. Please collect your child within 5 minutes of the session end time.
All equipment will be provided. We ask that your child is responsible around the equipment and does not use the equipment for any other purpose other than that which is outlined by the instructors.
A register will be taken at the start of each class to confirm your child's attendance. The room is fully accessible and there is a toilet next door. If children need the toilet, they will be asked to let the instructors know before leaving the room and inform them when they return. Please let the Lead Instructor know in advance if you require use of the lift.
We will have a 15 minute break during the session and snacks will be provided. Please provide your child with a water bottle. Your child is asked to please drink their water away from the equipment.
There will be no planned fire drills. In the event of a fire, we will exit via the stair case and out the side door and gather at the Bridge Club car park. All emergency contact details will be stored securely on Class For Kids. In the event that your child takes unwell, we will call their emergency contact and ask that they come to collect your child.
